Provides superior member service to both internal and external members, enhancing member relationships and exceeding member expectations.
This position's schedule will consist of 20 hours a week: Thursday, Friday & Saturday. |

| Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Strong computer skills
Basic math skills
